Travel outside the 100km radius of Melbourne CBD or Aspendale is charged at $2.50 per km
For interstate or overseas weddings, flights and accommodation will be negotiated

WHAT QUALIFIES AS A "DAY OF OUR LIVES" CEREMONY?

Day of Our Lives ceremonies include all the bells and wolf-whistles, we're talking readings, including guests or family in the ceremony in thoughtful ways, surprise additions like hiding the rings under a mystery guests chair, candle lighting, symbolic handfasting, basically all the ideas rolled into one love-fest of a wedding.

HOW DOES A "DAY OF OUR LIVES" CEREMONY DIFFER?

The "Day of Our Lives" ceremony style is characterised by many parts coming together in one beautiful celebration of your love. The ceremony typically involves moments to acknowledge the important people in your life, encompassed by a range of emotions from laughter to tears to cheers.

DO WE NEED TO DO PERSONAL VOWS?

You do not have to but it would be a shame to not hear from the two people everyone is there to celebrate. Do not worry, your vows don't have to be remembered by heart or a 5 minute monologue. For a teaser of what to include in your personal vows, click here.

HOW DOES THE REHEARSAL HAPPEN?

A rehearsal is an optional part of this package. Most people try to arrange a time that will suit those who will be involved in the ceremony. Typically this happens the week of the wedding. It can take place in a park, at your house or at the venue. You can also opt for a virtual rehearsal where I will walk everyone through the mechanics, answer questions and discuss what to expect on the day, alongside sharing some exclusive ceremony tips.

DO YOU ALSO MC RECEPTIONS?

Yes, although I only do it for couples I'm marrying and availability depends on other bookings. I also limit the amount of celebrant/mc weddings I do because of the time and energy it takes to put on a show - I want to make sure everyone gets me at my best!

DO YOU SUPPORT LGBTQIA+ WEDDINGS?

1000% YES! In fact, the legalisation of marriage for all genders was what made me finally take the leap to become a celebrant. Inclusivity is a must.
