• Travel outside the 10km radius of Melbourne CBD is charged at $2.50 per km
• For interstate or overseas ceremonies, flights and accommodation will be negotiated.

FIRST CONTACT

Either contact me directly or, if you are having an official funeral please liaise with the funeral director beforehand to ensure you are able to B.Y.O celebrant. Once we confirm the initial details in terms of time, place, guests and points of contact I will send you a time to meet and an information kit containing sample ceremony wording.

OUR MEETING

Let's meet up face-to-face to go through some of your ceremony ideas and piece together your ceremony from the info kit. If you can gather with other family members or close friends it is advised as some of the information discussed may be sombre and having their support is vital. It is also advised so a few perspectives can be shared to capture the person we are celebrating.

PRE-CEREMONY PREP

Prior to the ceremony I'll send you a draft and final draft of the ceremony script and confirm all the ceremony details including the run-sheet.

THE CEREMONY

On the day, I'll be at the venue 60-30 mins to set up and make sure everything is in place. I'll touch base with the people involved in the ceremony to make sure everyone is prepared and commence the ceremony as agreed.

THE FOLLOW UP

In the week after the ceremony I'll be in touch with a feedback questionnaire, and sentiments on the occasion.

JUST FRIENDS

Once the ceremony and follow up are complete, please remain in touch. Postcards from your family holidays, photos and updates are much appreciated.
