• Sourcing or referrals to suppliers for ceremony adornments
• Additional meetings to finalise ceremony details
• Travel outside the 100km radius of Melbourne CBD or Cheltenham is charged at $2.50 per km
• For interstate or overseas ceremonies, flights and accommodation will be negotiated.

THE WARM UP

First up, let's have a no obligations, informal how do you do. If we vibe, let's do this. Once I've received the booking fee, I'll send you an information kit and a questionnaire to get the info I need to understand you as a couple and what your vision for your celebration is.

OUR FIRST MEET

Let's catch up face-to-face to go through some of your ceremony ideas and piece together your ceremony from the info kit and questionnaire responses. And maybe we'll also share cute dog pics, hilarious stories and enjoy some bevvies.

PRE-CEREMONY PREP

Prior to the ceremony I'll send you a draft and final draft of the ceremony script and confirm all the ceremony details.  With everything sorted, we're good to do a dress-rehearsal or run through with the people who will be involved in the ceremony if you wish.

GAME DAY

On the big day, I'll be at the venue 60-30 mins set up and make sure we're good to go! I'll touch base with the key players and make sure everyone is on point. If we're doing a surprise ceremony I'll mingle with the guests and make myself conspicuous. Once I get the signal, we'll say the "I do's" in front of your favourite people, evoking cheers, laughs and happy tears.

THE FOLLOW UP

In the week after the ceremony I'll be in touch with a feedback questionnaire, to share a few happy snaps, and reminisce about the big day.

JUST FRIENDS

Once all is said and done we're cool to step it back a notch and just stay friends. Send me a postcard from your holidays, share snaps of your babies and fur babies - it will save me from stalking you via socials.
